Each engagement is custom-designed based on the client’s needs and begins with preparation time, dedicated analysis, or planning work. As such, consulting services are considered non-tangible, time-based offerings and are not subject to conventional product return standards.

3. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel an upcoming consultation, session, or project under the following conditions:

For single sessions or meetings: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled time is required.
For project-based engagements: Cancellations must be submitted in writing before the official project start date.
Cancellations that meet these criteria may be eligible for partial or full refund review depending on whether any work has already commenced.

4. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

No consulting time has been used
No custom documents, plans, or deliverables have been created
A written request for cancellation is submitted within the agreed time frame
The client is not in violation of any agreed terms

5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

Work or consultation has already been partially or fully delivered
Materials (documents, assessments, recommendations) have been issued
The client fails to notify cancellation in the agreed time window
Missed or no-show appointments with no prior notice
Brightform reserves the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis in a fair and transparent manner.

6. Resolution of Concerns
If you believe that a service was not delivered as agreed or expected, please contact us immediately with a clear explanation of the concern. We value professional communication and will work to find a mutually acceptable resolution, which may include adjustments, rescheduling, or partial credit where appropriate.

7. Processing of Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
